Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Reiki Master

Nat Kipling, H. B.Kin, MOMSc

Nat Kipling is an Osteopathic Manual Therapist.  In fall 2015, Nat brought Headwaters Wellness to life with the intention of making it much more than a wellness clinic. The goal was to create a place that brings love and light to the healing process and emphasize the positive side of health…. “wellness”.

Nat fell in love with osteopathy many years ago and took the leap to return to school after it helped her eldest daughter’s colic. The premise of Osteopathy is to use gentle body work to facilitate the bodies own healing capacity (how mother nature intended). Nat brings a soulful approach to her practice and understands that healing is much deeper than just physical. She is dedicated to inspiring and empowering others to find health from within and lead a fulfilling life. Her goal with each treatment is to connect body to soul. Nat also cranial sacral therapy as offers as a part of her Osteopathy sessions.

She also leads group monthly meditation circles in the Headwaters Wellness studio and offers Reiki Energy Healing Sessions. These sessions are one-on-one and blend energetic healing and meditation.

Nat is happy to call Alton her home and believes in the power of community. She fell in love with the community so much she decided to plant further roots here and open the doors to Headwaters Wellness. This decision has enabled her to be close to her young family as they grow and give back to the community. When she is not working she loves spending time with her family close to nature, especially on the water. Nat her husband recently opened Gather Cafe along side Headwaters Wellness
