Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and Reiki Master

Osteopathy is a gentle form of manual healing which emphasizes the harmony and balance  between the body’s structure and function.  Osteopathy understands that healing goes beyond just the physical body and focuses on integrating body, mind and spirit. The goal of treatment is to find what is driving pain and discomfort with in the body.  Sources include past trauma, a person’s postural habits or work practices and emotional stress.

Goals of treatment are to help release tension within the body, restore motion and improve flow of blood, nerve supply, craniosacral fluid and energy.  This allows the body to ignite the natural healing process within. Treatment is guided by the truth in human nature and the belief that patients have the ability to heal themselves.

During your first appointment Nat gives you her undivided attention to listen to your history, understand your symptoms and tailors your treatment based upon your body. Each treatment is individualized for you with the goal of discovering your true source of pain and improving your quality of life.

Osteopathy is beneficial for all people regardless of lifestyle. Treatment can address musculoskeletal dysfunction, neurological disorders, poor circulation and edema, sinus and nasal congestion, headaches and migraines, digestive issues, respiratory problems, menstrual pain and much more.
